Crap of 2008?

Here is Wired's article of The 10 Most Disappointing Games of 2008. Some of the games I agree with -- like Mario Kart Wii -- but some I just can't see -- like The Prince of Persia and Dead Space. What do you guys think? Should some of these games actually be up there? If not, which ones should?
